phoenix is an ERP solution that includes a CRM, product management, a module for creating and managing quotes, orders and invoices, a service module, as well as modules for warehouse management and production control. Built on an SQL database, phoenix offers a comprehensive, well-integrated set of features that work seamlessly together and are easy to use.
We developed phoenix in 2007 on behalf of EuroSprinkler AG to replace their previous software solution. It was designed precisely around the needs of the client, who specialises in sprinkler systems for fire protection in building construction. Since going live, we have continuously enhanced phoenix in line with evolving requirements. As a result, the software remains technically up to date and reliably handles an ever-growing volume of data.
Product management module
The product management module, with a directory of product numbers, provides a clear overview of all ordered and available items. In addition, phoenix can transmit customer orders to external warehouses via an Infor ION interface.
System control
Proper maintenance is essential for EuroSprinkler AG, especially when it comes to fire protection. phoenix supports maintenance planning and clearly indicates where and when inspections and service work need to be carried out on installed sprinkler systems.
Seamless workflow
phoenix brings quotes, order confirmations, invoices, credit notes and reminders together in a single module. This ensures that the entire process — from quote to invoice — is clearly documented. Individual workflow steps are automated and seamlessly connected.
phoenix is integrated with the central accounting system of EuroSprinkler AG via an interface, enabling independent and reliable data exchange.
Customer and supplier data
A full-featured CRM for managing customer data, including complete documentation of the entire history. Based on the address records, all information related to sales, ongoing orders, deliveries and maintenance activities is readily available. Relevant data from accounts receivable accounting is also accessible.
