Who we are
Our history
It all started on a train journey.
It was 1991. Adi Van der Zanden, an independent business consultant specialising in building and developing customer relationships, was sitting on an ICE train from Bern to Zurich. The seat next to him was taken, and before long, the two passengers struck up a conversation.
Mr Van der Zanden asked the right questions and drew the right conclusions — and not long after, the first version of funtrade was released. One thing led to another, and the new CRM — perfectly tailored to customer needs — quickly found additional users.
Since then, the technology has been continuously evolved, and further software solutions have been added.
